Energy Frame was founded in 2021 by senior figures from the North African oil and gas industry, including former leadership inside the National Oil Company of Libya. We work as a partner to operators, governments, and investors who need experienced hands on the ground.

Our work spans the full lifecycle of an oil and gas project — from the first geological evaluation through field development and production. We are technical specialists by training and operators by experience. The same senior principals who scope your project also work it.
