Serial entrepreneur with over 30 years experience managing and operating businesses in energy, infrastructure, import/export and food service industries in the United States and the Middle East.
Highly skilled in empowering people and building relationships, Gibani developed a global network of individuals and businesses across industries that have led to successful past partnerships. Those successes led to his appointment as Chairman of Energy Frame in 2021.

Fateh A. Belhaj
DIRECTOR
Over 30 years experience managing teams, providing evaluations and technical services in the field of geology, geophysics, petroleum engineering and geochemical analysis, which has led to 18 oil and gas field discoveries across the North Africa totaling OOIP of more than 2 billion barrels.
Previously, as a professor of geology, Belhaj trained senior geologists and university students in petroleum systems, geomorphology, stratigraphy and the geology of Libya.
